Lynn founded STS in 2015 with a focus on helping companies establish their sustainability goals and hit those goals through implementing energy savings projects within their facilities. Lynn has spent the past 30 years building relationships and creating value for clients through efficiency in the energy services industry. His original vision for starting STS was to create an energy services company that could implement programs much quicker than larger ESCOs and capture those savings faster. His focus on this nimble approach has helped set STS apart from the competition.

Today, Lynn leads the STS team by managing key accounts, building trusted relationships, and creating new offerings for STS to be a full service energy partner for medium to large commercial organizations.

Shane heads up the STS team of engineers with 17 years of experience as a mechanical engineer. As an original member of the STS team, he has helped turn STS into an industry leader with his industry knowledge, engineering experience, and background in sales. Shane’s focus is on providing cost effective solutions, and building relationships with the STS clients and partners.

Shane brings his industry experience to every project that STS performs. He has helped to develop a strong partner network at STS by building relationships with manufacturers, strategic partners, and clients.

With experience as a finance professional for over 10 years in varied industries including e-Commerce and Energy Efficiency Project Implementation, Mark has succeeded in balancing the organization’s shorter-term requirements while driving long-term thinking to move them forward.  He focuses on capital allocation, and process improvement and excels in building strong, enduring relationships with both internal and external partners.

For over 24 years, Matt has worked to reduce commercial customers’ energy needs through calculated and technological approaches. His primary focus has been on producing key results through the implementation of strategic plans that emphasize the goals and objectives of his clients.

Matt’s experience in the energy management sector includes commodity management, efficiency implementation, and renewable portfolio development. Matt heads up business development for the STS team by expanding the teams technology resources, solution offerings, and strategic partners. His focus is bringing additional value to STS clients by identifying ways to reduce and control energy costs through ancillary services.

Jon has spent the last 16 years as an enthusiastic and motivated professional that is well versed in project management, facilities management, and overseeing operations. His focus is on ensuring the STS team is a well oiled machine. From scheduling and controlling costs, to building relationships, and teams of specialists, Jon has excelled at ensuring all STS projects are completed on time, on budget, and done professionally.

Jon has an exceptional and proven ability to construct and facilitate diverse and cohesive teams. He creatively identifies and implements best practices for our staff,  as well as being an effective leader and manager. His attention to detail, and ability to always focus on the end-goal has made him an invaluable member of the STS leadership team.

Abbey Lam is currently the Director of Engineering for Sustainable Turnkey Solutions. She joined STS as an engineer in February 2016, focusing on the development and implementation of energy efficiency measures for our clients. She brings 16 years of experience in the energy arena, with special emphasis on the startup environment.

Previously, she has served as a trusted corporate adviser on greenhouse gas accounting, carbon footprint analysis, voluntary and compliance carbon markets, energy efficiency and renewable energy opportunities. Abbey is a LEED Accredited Professional for Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance. In 2013 she was recipient of the Advancing Women in Technology Award in Orange County, CA. She also served on the board of directors for Oregon Environmental Council (OEC), Oregon’s oldest environmental non-profit and chaired their first Emerging Leaders Board.

Jessica came to STS with a desire to focus on helping clients with carbon reduction strategies due to her passion for environmental issues, and aspiration to facilitate sustainable initiatives for businesses across the U.S.

She has been with STS for the past 4 years and provides a handful of invaluable services to help support the team. She is a certified SnapCount auditor, and in many cases is on the front line of our team members that interface with our clients. Her expertise and attention to detail help ensure that STS provides accurate, and easy-to-understand information to our clients.

Jessica is also responsible for heading up our rebate team by working with local utility companies and government agencies to capture every available incentive for each project to maximize the economic impact on our clients. She also fills in as a project manager when needed.
